Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Australia.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ACST), Monday to Friday are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (ACST), on weekends, or on Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing or peak periods.
We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Where free shipping is offered, it applies to standard delivery within Australia only.
Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 21 business days, please contact us with your order number and details.
We will investigate the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Import Duties & Taxes
Where applicable, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by Australian authorities.
Operational costs within our international supply chain, including warehouse handling outside Australia, do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
