1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law.


2. What Is a Major Failure?

A product has a major failure if:

• It is significantly different from the description or sample
• It is unsafe
• It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it
• It cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time

In these cases, you may choose a refund or replacement.


3. Minor Issues

If the issue is minor and can be repaired, we may offer:

• A repair
• A replacement
• Or a refund at our discretion


4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference-based returns.

If we choose to accept a change-of-mind return:

• The item must be unused
• In original packaging
• Returned within 14 days
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos
• We will assess and resolve in line with ACL

If confirmed defective:
• We cover return shipping
• You may choose refund or replacement (for major failure)


6. Returns Process

Do not return items without written approval.


7. Shipping, Customs & Import Charges

LesOdettes is not responsible for:

• Import taxes
• Customs duties
• Charges related to international logistics
• Costs associated with shipments directed to external warehouses

These costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian law.


8. Refund Processing Time

Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
